This price includes
airfare, meals, lodging - students will be housed at the secure New York School of Urban Ministry Building in dorm style rooms. Linens and towels will be provided for you. Coin laundry facilities are also available on-sight.
insurance and other travel related expenses.
Price is subject to increase due to unexpected ministry or sightseeing opportunities, gas surcharges and tax increases.
You are responsible for day-off sightseeing charges, offerings, souvenir money, etc. (Time Square & others!)
You are also responsible for transportation to and from Houston.

Because of the need to expedite travel with a large group including minors, and due to the restrictions of transportation with STXYM, you are allowed:
one carry-on piece on luggage that cannot exceed 3045 total linear inches including handle and wheels. It must be able to fit in the overhead compartment space that measures 22" x 14" x 9".
You are also allowed one personal item such as a small backpack, purse, camera bag, laptop bag etc. that must fit under the seat. The size of your personal item cannot exceed 36 linear inches (approximately 9" x 10" x 17") .
If you think bringing only one carry-on piece of luggage will not work for you, you may:
bring one check-in suitcase that cannot exceed 50 lbs. and the size cannot exceed 62 total linear inches including handle and wheels.
This will cost $50 extra if you choose to bring a check-in bag

Modest length shorts, capri pants, or long pants are appropriate on ministry days.
You will be doing LOTS of walking, so comfortable walking shoes are a requirement.

ATTENDEES WILL BE IN AN INNTER-CITY ENVIRONMENT IN SAN ANTONIO, TX SERVING IN OUR CITY’S GREATEST AREAS OF NEED VIA MINISTRY TO INNER-CITY APARTMENT COMPLEXES TO REACH PEOPLE THAT DO NOT KNOW JESUS & COMMUNITY SERVICE PROJECTS TO BETTER THE LIVING CONDITIONS OF THE MOST VULNERABLE IN THE CITY.

Minimum age requirement: 13 years old
Spots are only secured upon registration and deposit payment
Deposit is $50 per spot
Deposit is non-refundable
Deposits are transferable; if a camper drops out, the deposit can be used for another camper
For every 10 full-priced paying campers, a sponsor/leader can go for free (free leader will still need to pay a deposit at the beginning and the remaining registration will be discounted on the final invoice).
Total registration is $450, final payment is due 2 weeks before camp begins
Late Registration is $500 if the final payment is received after 2 weeks before camp begins
Please note: deposits exclusively reserve spots for students. If your reserved spots exceed the actual number of campers attending, the additional deposit funds won’t be credited toward the final payment.
